Teaching

I love teaching workshops to folks of all ages! My open-ended workshops have explored collages, puppets, masks, box theaters, zines, and much more.

As a community-taught artist who has acquired skills from library books, internet videos, and local classes, I believe strongly that making art is for people of every age and capacity, not just for specialists with art degrees. Because I often spend long hours laboring over a piece that others may never see, I seek out opportunities to explore art alongside my own children and students, as well as through teaching local art workshops.
